Due to outstanding sales growth, Porsche Canada needed to tighten their service providers’ processes to be able to serve more customers in the same amount of time using their existing infrastructure, and to speed up warranty claims.
NGEN created the Service Optimization Program communication platform and produced an internal educational video highlighting the benefits for dealerships’ management, underlining the importance of integrating Porsche systems into their staff’s daily routine. We reinforced the message that minor changes to internal procedures can drive big results. Ongoing educational videos, workshops, and tutorials continue to be developed to support the program.
