We were approached by a developer group to create an overarching brand position leveraging a world-renowned Observatory featuring five-star luxury homes. Our fully integrated campaign took advantage of a constellation of consumer touch points in order to generate astronomical interest. 224,000 website visits, 97,273 users, 30,985 leads, and 3,100 people attending the Grand Opening resulted in 52 homes sold over one weekend (44% of phase 1), in an extremely softening market.
