5-Star Luxury and Stellar Results

A unique location like nothing else in the galaxy. We were approached by a developer group to create an overarching brand position leveraging a world-renowned Observatory featuring five-star luxury homes. Our fully integrated campaign took advantage of a constellation of consumer touch points in order to generate astronomical interest: 224,000K website visits, 97,273 users, 30,985 leads and 3,100 people attending the Grand Opening which resulted in 52 homes sold over a weekend (44% of phase 1) in an extremely softening market.
