Challenged with a starting price of $4.5 million, this collection of exclusive homes required an innovative personal approach. A high-end brand was established to support price point and, instead of bombarding registrants with direct sales messaging, targeted e-communications were developed and deployed to high-net-worth buyers and brokers. The call to action invited these prospects to CountryWide’s head office for a one-on-one VIP presentation showcasing the feature benefits of this luxury project. This approach sold 30% of the development within the first month despite the ultra-high price point.
