Leveraging the Importance of Dealers to Achieve Customer Satisfaction.

Due to significant sales growth, Porsche Canada needed to tighten their service providers processes to serve more customers in the same amount of time and to speed up warranty claims. The first step to bring the Service Optimization Program to life was a video underlining the importance of the dealerships’ position in integrating Porsche systems into their daily routine, highlighting the message that minor changes to internal procedures would drive big results. Other educational videos, workshops and tutorials are being developed to support the program.
